Terms of Service

Reading Tape Measure Iron Notes is subject to the terms set out below. They are short, and they mostly say that this is written information rather than professional advice.

Accuracy

Reasonable care goes into keeping the content accurate. Standards and costs shift over time, and a reader should confirm anything that materially affects a decision.

Reuse of Content

Copyright in the material here is retained. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome; republishing a page in full is not.

General Information Only

The content is general information, not a professional opinion on any individual job. A qualified professional assessing the property in person is the appropriate source for that, and their assessment takes precedence over anything written in advance.

Revisions to These Terms

Amendments to these terms take effect when they are published on this page. The version published on this page at the time of reading is the one that applies.

Use at Your Own Risk

The reader decides what to do with what they read here. Nothing published here carries a guarantee of outcome, and no claim arising from one will be entertained beyond what the law requires.

Linked Resources

Links to third party sites are provided where they are useful. Their inclusion is not an endorsement, and those sites are outside this one's control.
